Organization Policy

How organizations & custom domains work on URLNOW.ME

This policy explains how organizations (workspaces) and custom domains are offered on URLNOW.ME, what the free tier includes, and the rights URLNOW.ME reserves over these features. It applies in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Safety Policy.

Last updated June 2026

Free for a limited time

Organizations and custom domains are currently offered free of charge for a limited promotional period. This is an introductory offer to help teams try organization features on URLNOW.ME.

  • Availability, pricing, and the scope of free features may change at any time, with or without notice.
  • We may start charging for organizations or custom domains, or move existing features behind a paid plan, in the future.
  • Continued use of an organization after a change to this policy means you accept the updated terms.

Free organization limits

Free organizations are intended for evaluation and light use. To keep the platform fair and sustainable, free workspaces are subject to monthly usage limits.

  • A limited number of short links and QR codes per organization, per month.
  • Limits are applied per workspace and may be adjusted over time as we balance capacity and abuse prevention.
  • When a limit is reached, additional links or QR codes may be paused until the next cycle or until the organization upgrades.
Need higher limits? Upgrading to a paid plan raises or removes these caps. See pricing for current options.

Custom domains require a paid subscription

Connecting and using a custom domain (for example go.yourbrand.com) for an organization is a paid feature.

  • Custom domains are available only to organizations on an active paid subscription.
  • If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, links on a custom domain may stop resolving and the organization may fall back to urlnow.me links.
  • You are responsible for owning the domain you connect and for keeping its DNS configuration valid.

Review & approval

Every new organization is reviewed by the URLNOW.ME team before it is fully trusted on the platform. New workspaces appear as “pending approval” until that review is complete. We do this to keep urlnow.me safe and secure for everyone.

We’re also building automatic approval to make onboarding — and connecting custom domains — faster and smoother in the future. Until that rolls out, reviews are handled by our team and are usually quick.

We may decline, suspend, or remove an organization that violates our Terms & Conditions or Safety Policy.

Our rights over this policy

URLNOW.ME reserves the right to define, operate, and change how organizations and custom domains work. Without limiting our other rights, we may, at our sole discretion and at any time:

  • Add, change, or remove organization features, limits, or pricing — with or without prior notice.
  • Update this policy; the version published on this page is the current and governing version.
  • Apply, adjust, or enforce usage limits, approval requirements, and eligibility rules.
